See Saw – Sauvignon Blanc (Organic)
A fresh, cool climate sauvignon blanc with grippy herbaceous edge. Tropical mid-palate passionfruit. Mouthwatering length of flavour.
Pig in the House – Pinot Gris (Organic)
Aromas of spiced pear, white peach and a touch of honeysuckle contribute to a delicious varietal bouquet. These flavours are displayed on the palate with a subtle texture and balanced acidity making it a good friendly wine.
Tamburlaine – Pinot Gris (Organic)
Quite an evocative nose of jasmine, nashi pear and nectarine. On the palate there are hints of citrus and apple with refreshing acidity.
See Saw – Pinot Noir (Organic)
Medium-bodied with attractive cherry and plum flavours, balanced by light tannins.
Pig in the House – Cabernet Sauvignon (Organic)
Fruit purity is key, with oak maturation kept to a point where it supports the fruit, without dominating. The wines are dry and exhibit energetic and vibrant fruit sweetness.
Tamburlaine – Shiraz (Organic)
This is a vibrant young purple shiraz showing lots of juicy red berry fruit on the nose, raspberry and sweet spice. The palate is lively as expected with more red fruit some plums and a touch of aniseed spice.
